SHIPPING AND PACKING

Pick Up and Delivery 

  • Pick-up: Self collection can be done earliest in 1 working day (24 hours). Collection will be from the specified locations and time (see pick up availability under the 'buy button').
  • Delivery: Do give us 5 working days to process and ship your order. Free delivery within Singapore for orders above SGD 150. Shipping fees of SGD 25 will apply for orders under that amount.
  • For Malaysia, a flat fee of RM 150 will apply regardless of order value. For other international orders, please email us (see email address below) for more information. 

Packing and Quality Assurance

  • All cues are properly packed and handled for shipping.
  • To ensure cues are well-protected in transit, we only use reliable third-party courier services in Singapore for shipping.
  • Customers can also visit our physical showroom (see below) to test our cues before purchasing. No safer way than to test the cue for yourself! 
  • To ensure our products are satisfactory, we also offer a 30-day return policy (see below).

Payment Methods

  • All prices include government Goods and Service Tax (GST).
  • We accept the following payment methods:
  1. Cash (onsite)
  2. Visa or Master Credit card - Add to cart and make payment via credit card
  3. Paynow - to our company UEN number 
  4. Bank Transfer - to our DBS / OCBC bank account

Return Policy 

  • All cues bought online comes with 30-day return policy. Should you find your cue has any problem or you are not satisfied with it due to a defect, you can return it to us at our office for an exchange. Items sold are non-refundable.
  • Please email us at sales@billiardcuesonline.com with the information (defect info and image) first, and also bring along a receipt during the exchange.
