- Jolly Cue is a patented 2 in 1 device for sanding and flattening of ferrules and cue tips. Use Jolly Cue when you need a cue tip replacement
- A good investment: Jolly Cue repair tool will save you the money you would pay to have your cue shaft re-tipped
- As a ferrule sander, Jolly Cue will flatten down the ferrule and make its surface clean of any glue residue. This tool is suitable for shafts with a tip diameter between 10 and 14mm (use an adjustable knob)
- Jolly Cue will also make your cue tip flat with a rough surface - ready to be glued onto your cue shaft. It flattens down up to 8 cue tips at one time – two for each diameter between 11 and 14 mm

Pick Up and Delivery
- Pick-up: Self collection can be done earliest in 1 working day. Collection will be on weekdays at the address (see below under 'showroom')
- Delivery: Do give us 5 working days to process and ship your order. Free delivery within Singapore for orders above SGD 150. Shipping fees of SGD 25 will apply for orders under that amount.
- For Malaysia, a flat fee of RM 150 will apply regardless of order value. For other international orders, please email us (see email address below) for more information.
Packing and Quality Assurance
- All cues are properly packed and handled for shipping.
- To ensure cues are well-protected in transit, we only use reliable third-party courier services in Singapore for shipping.
- Customers can also visit our physical showroom (see below) to test our cues before purchasing. No safer way than to test the cue for yourself!
- To ensure our products are satisfactory, we also offer a 30-day return policy (see below).

- All prices include government Goods and Service Tax (GST).

- Cash (onsite)
- Visa or Master Credit card - Add to cart and make payment via credit card
- Paynow - to our company UEN number
- Bank Transfer - to our DBS / OCBC bank account
Return Policy
- All cues bought online comes with 30-day return policy. Should you find your cue has any problem or you are not satisfied with it due to a defect, you can return it to us at our office for an exchange. Items sold are non-refundable.
- Please email us at info@centrumbilliard.com with the information first, and also bring along a receipt during the exchange.
