The Elk-Pro is a professional version of the ever popular Elkmaster tip. It was developed for serious players who like the characteristics of the Elkmaster tip but are looking for greater consistency and require the option of Soft, Medium or Hard tips. It is manufactured to unprecedented tolerances of shape and hardness by the world's most respected tip makers, Tweeten Fibre Co. in the U.S.A.
* Made using only hand selected leather from the prime portion of the hide.
* New enhanced treatment processes eliminate impurities and ensure total saturation of the leather.
* Pressed into shape using a new technique to improve consistency of shape.

Pick Up and Delivery
- Pick-up: Self collection can be done earliest in 1 working day. Collection will be on weekdays at the address (see below under 'showroom')
- Delivery: Do give us 5 working days to process and ship your order. Free delivery within Singapore for orders above SGD 150. Shipping fees of SGD 25 will apply for orders under that amount.
- For Malaysia, a flat fee of RM 150 will apply regardless of order value. For other international orders, please email us (see email address below) for more information.
Packing and Quality Assurance
- All cues are properly packed and handled for shipping.
- To ensure cues are well-protected in transit, we only use reliable third-party courier services in Singapore for shipping.
- Customers can also visit our physical showroom (see below) to test our cues before purchasing. No safer way than to test the cue for yourself!
- To ensure our products are satisfactory, we also offer a 30-day return policy (see below).

- Paynow - to our company UEN number

Return Policy
- All cues bought online comes with 30-day return policy. Should you find your cue has any problem or you are not satisfied with it due to a defect, you can return it to us at our office for an exchange. Items sold are non-refundable.
- Please email us at info@centrumbilliard.com with the information first, and also bring along a receipt during the exchange.
